Matthew Wendorff is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and founder of Wendorff Capital, a multifamily investment firm driven by experience, trust, and long-term value. With over 30 years of hands-on expertise spanning Wall Street finance, high-end residential remodeling, commercial construction, and property management, Wendorff blends deep industry knowledge with a personal, values-driven approach.

A graduate of Fairfield University and MBA graduate from Pace University, Wendorff started his career on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange before trading pinstripes for power tools. He built RPI Design Build from a $27,000 startup to a multimillion-dollar design-build firm featured in national publications and television. His ventures now include H. Thomas Ltd., a Stretch Lab franchisee, and the management of a 120-acre multi-building campus.

Known for his hands-on experience—both in financial modeling and swinging a hammer—Wendorff brings a rare dual perspective to multifamily real estate, where he focuses on stable, asset-backed returns for high-level investors. More than just an operator, he is a man of faith, family, and legacy—motivated by raising good humans, building strong communities, and passing on values that last generations.
